List of category B journals

The Directorate General for Scientific Research and Technological Development is pleased to make available to the national scientific community the updated lists of scientific journals classified in categories 'A' and 'B', as well as the updated lists of predatory journals and predatory publishers.

It should be noted that the aforementioned lists will come into effect for articles submitted from May 25, 2025,
The scientific journals eligible and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in categories 'A' and 'B', must not be predatory, nor published by predatory publishers, and must not exclusively publish conference proceedings,
The scientific journals eligible and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in categories 'A' and 'B', must not be pay-to-publish and must not require publication fees, with the exception of scientific journals indexed in Web Of Science (category A) or Scopus (category B).
