In application of article 45 of the executive decree n° 08-130 of May 3, 2008 relating to the particular statute of the research teacher and article 57 of the executive decree n° 08-131 of May 3, 2008 relating to the particular statute of the permanent researcher, the lecturers class "B" and the research lecturers class "B" justifying the regulatory conditions of application with a view to obtaining the university accreditation mentioned in the provisions of the executive decree n° 21-50 of 28 January 2021 fixing the conditions and modalities of obtaining the university accreditation and the decree a 804 of 14 July 2021, modified and completed.
