“Framework Agreement“
Framework Agreement
As part of the implementation of the orientations from the country's highest authorities aimed at integrating young people, particularly university graduates, into the national development process and strengthening the economic recovery programme, a framework agreement was signed today between the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development, represented by Professor Mohamed Bouhicha, Director General, and the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency (NESDA), represented by Mr Bilal Achacha, Director General. This agreement is part of the strategy of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Micro-enterprises, which focuses on promoting the creation and development of micro-enterprises within a comprehensive economic vision. It also reinforces the policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to encourage entrepreneurship and inspire students to establish start-ups based on innovation and scientific research, thereby contributing to meeting the needs of the national economy.
The objectives of this agreement include:
• Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit by establishing modern and joint training programmes in entrepreneurship for students and graduates.
• Allocating university spaces and various environments for the development and strengthening of entrepreneurial skills.
• Supporting project holders in creating micro-enterprises based on an innovative economic approach that meets market demands.
• Strengthening cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the field of entrepreneurship between both parties, while benefiting from joint collaboration programmes to develop research projects tailored to the needs of the micro-enterprise sector.
This agreement represents an important step in enhancing the role of universities in the development of the national economy by encouraging innovation and a spirit of initiative among young people, and contributing to the creation of an environment conducive to innovation and progress.
