“" Adaptation to Drought, Desertification, and Climate Change "“
The General Directorate for Scientific Research and Technological Development is pleased to announce the opening of registration for a free online training course on "Adaptation to Drought, Desertification, and Climate Change," scheduled to take place from May 12 to 14, 2025. This training, organized by the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center (CAICC) and the China-Asia State Technology Transfer Center (CASTFC), is designed for researchers, government officials, teachers, students, and institutional managers from African countries, with a requirement for proficiency in English.
The program includes specialized lectures on climate change policies, agricultural adaptation strategies, and desertification control, as well as discussion sessions with experts from leading Chinese universities and institutions. To receive a certificate, participants must submit an evaluation form after completing the training.
