“Announcement regarding the official launch of the PRIMA 2026 Call for Projects“

The DGRSDT is pleased to inform the entire community of researchers and teacher-researchers that the PRIMA Foundation has officially launched the PRIMA 2026 Call for Projects on March 20, 2026, dedicated to research and innovation in the Mediterranean region.

The 2026 program represents the second work program implemented under the extended PRIMA partnership operating under Horizon Europe rules, following the extension of PRIMA until 2031, in accordance with Decision (EU) 2024/1167. It continues the implementation of PRIMA's Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) by supporting innovative solutions for sustainable water management, resilient agricultural systems, and sustainable agri-food value chains, according to the Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus approach.
